faster production,
high bonding

faster bonding.

is suitable
for bonding
materials
to each other
like foam
to rubber,
coir to canvas,
as well as
wood to plywood
in the making
of furniture
like sofas,
chairs and
mattresses.

Method
of Use
Ensure
that
the
surface
to be
bonded
is clean
and
dry.
Clean
the
surface
thoroughly
to remove
any
dirt,
grease
etc.
Spray
the
adhesive
on both
surfaces
evenly
and
allow
drying
for
5-10
mins
or until
just
“dry
to touch”.
Now
join
both
surfaces
and
press
well
for
about
6-8
hours
to get
a strong
and
perfect
bond.
Care
should
be taken
to avoid
trapping
of air
during
joining.
Note
:
Workable
bond
strength
of the
joint
will
be achieved
after
sometime,
but
maximum
strength
will
occur
only
after
the
solvent
has
completely
evaporated
which
takes
between
12-24
hours
depending
on the
porosity
of the
surface.
Precautions
:
SPEB-7
SPRAY
GRADE
should
be stirred
well
before
use.
The
lid
of the
container
must
be tightly
closed
after
use
and
should
be kept
away
from
heat
and
direct
sunlight.
